Precision mechanics workshop
Meccanica RC srl has been in business since 1980 in the field of precision mechanics processing for third parties, as well as building mechanical and complete machine parts and also automation lines. These are assembled according to our customer's specifications and projects, and include all necessary commercial material and various systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic or electric. We also carry out any functional tests on the assembled mechanical units.
We deliver a finished product following all instructions that have been expressly requested in the order and from the drawing specifications. This may also include all types of surface finishing treatments, heat treatments, and special treatments that are currently in use.
From design to testing
Our teams are made up of over 90 specialised employees divided between our offices in Palazzuolo sul Senio (FI) and our workshop in Imola (BO). They have a fleet of state-of-the-art machinery available to them, 25 of which are numerically controlled,(machining centres, lathes, grinders, and wire EDM) that are working 15 hours-a-day.
The high-quality work that we provide has always been incredible important to us. Our testing department employs 4 full-time employees who carry out interim and final inspections on the mechanical parts that we produce.
