Making mechanical parts and assemblies

We have a team of over 90 specialised employees working in our precision mechanics workshop, who have a fleet of state-of-the-art machinery available for them, 25 of which are numerically controlled (machining centres, lathes, grinders, and wire EDM) that are working 15 hours-a-day, split over 2 shifts, meaning that possible actual working hours come to over 100,000 per year.

We run a well-organised, streamlined and efficient company where our experience as well as the size of our company allows us to manage complex machinery orders for any type of automation, complete with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems. We also carry out any functional tests on assembled mechanical units.

Our company has different production departments, which deal with preparing materials, numerically controlled and traditional lathes and milling machines, cylindrical and tangential grinding machines, wire EDM, mechanical assembly adjustments and polishing, CAD/ CAM programming and quality control checks.

At MECCANICA RC, we deliver complete products following the instructions that have been requested expressly by our customers during the design phase. This may include heat and special treatment finishes. This is why we are a valued and recognised contact for important automatic machines manufacturers within the industrial and crafts sectors.
