Preparing materials

Once our specialised team of staff draws up the production work cycle, which is necessary to carry out processing in our workshop, the design and cycle are passed on to our department that deals with preparing and cutting materials.

The bars are selected by using a colour chart, which identifies the right type based on the material's chemical composition. They are prepared and cut up according to the required size by means of automatic and CNC saws.

After special deburring, the parts to be processed are pass on to the processing machinery.
