Turning and milling

Meccanica RC specialises in TURNING and MILLING.

Our workshop is located in Palazzuolo sul Senio and has many NUMERIC CONTROL and TRADITIONAL MACHINE TOOLS including a dozen NUMERIC CONTROL LATHES and 3 TRADITIONAL LATHES. We also have around fifteen NUMERIC CONTROL MILLING MACHINES and 2 TRADITIONAL types of machines. We have also brought in two MULTITASKING MAZAK INTEGREX I 200 S machining centres with 5 continuous axes and counter spindle as part of the production process.

All of our machines are manned by specialised personnel for 15 hours-a-day, which brings the amount of possible working hours to more than 100,000 per year.
